Sometimes you can find yourself drudging through Netflix trying to find something interesting and inspiring. There is a alot there that is really good, so each month we want to share with you a couple that are worth the watch.

Films

Steve Jobs

(2015) (Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet) Set backstage at three iconic product launches and ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac, Steve Jobs takes us behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint a portrait of the man at its epicenter.

I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore

(2017)  (Melanie Lynskey, Chris Doubek) Fed up with the human indecency she sees around her and set off by her home being burglarized, Ruth (Melanie Lynskey) teams up with her martial arts-crazed neighbor (Elijah Wood) to exact vengeance. However, the duo soon finds themselves deep into a world they know little about. Macon Blair directed this crime thriller. It transcends its unwieldy title to offer timely, in-toxicatingly dark observations on gender dynamics and social norms in modern America

Brexit: The UnCivil War

(2019) (Benedict Cumberbatch, Sarah Belcher, Malcolm Freeman) Political strategist Dominic Cummings leads a popular but controversial campaign to convince British voters to leave the European Union from 2015 up until the present day.

Searching

(2018) (John Cho, Debra Messing) After David Kim's 16-year-old daughter goes missing, a local investigation is opened and a detective is assigned to the case. But 37 hours later and without a single lead, David decides to search the one place no one has looked yet, where all secrets are kept today: his daughter's laptop. In a hyper-modern thriller told via the technology devices we use every day to communicate, David must trace his daughter's digital footprints before she disappears forever. A timely premise and original execution are further bolstered by well-rounded characters brought to life by a talented cast.

Documentaries

Three Identical Strangers

I am Patrick

Icarus

(2017) When Bryan sets out to uncover the truth about doping in sports, a chance meeting with a Russian scientist transforms his story from a personal experiment into a geopolitical thriller.
